Wow. This picture is not particularly flattering. Ah well, these things happen.
Something came up, so I didn't write today. These things happen too, I guess. It's unfortunate, since I was hoping to take a day off tomorrow, but it doesn't seem like that is going to be.
In other news, Google Chrome OS was released today. There had been some speculation that it would appear before the end of the year, although to my knowledge Google was pretty tight-lipped about it. We should be seeing Chrome OS enabled netbooks by this time next year, at the latest. I have to admit, it's a tempting thought: light weight, both physically and digitally; extremely fast; does 99% of what I use my computer for. Of course, if I ever wanted to spend time making a game, or programming, or drawing using a tablet, it'd be totally useless - but how often do I really get around to doing any of those things? Currently, not too often. I think I'll wait to see what the price point is before making a commitment either way.
